Return Policy

Our goal is to provide the highest quality of merchandise and excellent value to each customer. In order to make this possible we must adhere to the following policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please return merchandise within 10 business days of receipt. Any item received after the 10th day will not be credited. Please note, customer is responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Items returned must be in original condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached). We reserve the right to deny store credit if an items shows any sign if  tags have been removed or the item shows signs that the original conditions has been altered in anyway. Once your return is received, a store credit will be issued to your account, and you will be contacted via..

All sale items, seasonal items, accessories, and undergarments (SHAPEWEAR) sale are final and cannot be exchanged

 

You will be issued a store credit for the cost of item(s). Shipping not included. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Therefore, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable, we will not issue a refund.  Instead a store credit will be emailed to you.  Allure Boutique Shop does not issue refunds.

We asked that the customer be sure that the mailing information is entered correctly at checkout. We will not be responsible for any packages returned due to an invalid/incorrect address.

 

 

It is the customer’s choice to return the package through any carrier they want; we just ask that the item(s) be insured in the event that the return is lost in transit. *We will not issue a store credit or send out exchanges until the returns has been received, in the event that it was lost in the mail.*
